PERSONAL HYGIENE
Please keep personal hygiene on top of your list. Due to the numbers of people concentrated in one place, lets just say it would be uncomfortable training with someone that smells.
ACCOMODATION
For those who are flying in from elsewhere, New York City is full of hotels and can be reached via public transportation from both New York City airports: LaGuardia Airport(Airport Code: LGA) and John F. Kennedy Airport(Airport Code: JFK).
Also something to consider is finding lodging outside of Manhattan. But in doing so, it is a recommendation that you make sure that it is accessible via the New York City subway system because cabs can be expensive. You can find a New York City subway map here: http://www.mta.info/nyct/maps/submap.htm
